Shipping Policy / Cancellations

Turnaround

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours some may take longer depending on the inventory and other circumstances you will be notified if your order will take longer than a few days to ship.

Custom and Original paintings will need to dry a minimum of three days before shipping.

Custom art pieces will be photographed and a copy will be sent to your email address and reply email must be received from you stating your approval before it ships, all orders come with a tracking number.

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm HST.

Carriers/ Shipping Rates

Most orders in the USA includes free shipping all are insurances. 



I use the following carriers to deliver my orders depending on the size and destination it varies feel free to ask me for your location.

No shipping method I use exceeds 5 days. I want you to receive it as soon as possible. 


USPS - Priority and 1st class - Originals - Jewery Boxes, 11” x14” matted prints, All mini wooden surfboard print all sizes


3 Day- UPS - All prints on. Canvas, Metal and framed. 

FedEx- 3 Day - Original Paintings 


DHL - Most International orders. 

Tracking your order.

You will be sent a tracking number with the shipping carrier information once it ships.


You may choose to purchase another method of delivery in the U.S.A. if you prefer.

INTERNATIONAL RATE is a Flat Rate of only $35

 

Please keep in mind we are shipping from Hawaii  it usually takes a few extra days even for priority mail from the islands.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled Only within 20 hrs of placing the orders and only if it has not shipped already and you have received a shipping confirmation for your order.

 I often am able to ship out orders the same day.

 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will notify you and ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We will notify you if there is any items included in your order that are no longer available.
